Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our identity provider, Clerk. This may include information from third-party sign-in providers (such as Google or Microsoft) if you choose to authenticate through them.
Imported Business Data. You may upload or import contact and company data into ProvenGTM for enrichment purposes. This data typically includes business contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, company names, domains, and other professional information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any personal data you import into the platform.
Enrichment Results. When you run enrichment operations, we store the results returned by third-party data providers. This enriched data may include supplementary business information such as company size, industry, social media profiles, technographic data, and other publicly available professional details.
Usage and Analytics Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with ProvenGTM, including pages visited, features used, enrichment operations performed, timestamps, browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve the platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Service Delivery. To authenticate your identity, manage your account, process your data enrichment requests, deliver enrichment results, and provide customer support.
Platform Improvement. To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, develop new features, and optimize performance and reliability of the platform.
Communication. To send you service-related notifications, security alerts, and updates about changes to our platform or policies. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Services
ProvenGTM integrates with third-party services to deliver its core functionality. These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies:
Clerkprovides authentication and user management. When you sign in, Clerk processes your authentication credentials and basic profile information. Refer to Clerk's privacy policy for details on their data practices.
Data Enrichment Providers. When you submit data for enrichment, we transmit relevant identifiers (such as email addresses, names, or company domains) to third-party data providers to retrieve supplementary business information. These providers process the data solely for the purpose of returning enrichment results and are contractually bound to appropriate data protection obligations.
Analytics Services. We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with ProvenGTM. These services may collect anonymized usage data, device information, and interaction patterns.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data with third-party services only as necessary to operate the platform and as described in this policy.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you. Imported business data and enrichment results are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.
When you delete data from your account or request account deletion, we remove the associated data from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
Usage and analytics data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Most of your data is directly accessible through your ProvenGTM account dashboard.
Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Account information can be updated directly through your account settings.
Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data. You can delete imported data and enrichment results from within the platform at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at privacy@provenlabs.ai.
Data Portability. You may request an export of your data in a structured, machine-readable format. ProvenGTM provides built-in export functionality for your enrichment data.

Cookies and Tracking
ProvenGTM uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Essential Cookies. Required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
Analytics Cookies. Used to collect anonymized usage data to help us understand how the platform is used and identify areas for improvement.
We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may impair platform functionality.
Security Measures

ProvenGTM is a business-to-business platform and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
